I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. The service was exceptional, with room service and housekeeping available whenever I needed them. The amenities in the room were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. I especially loved the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the comfort and quality of this hotel were second to none.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Our stay was perfect!! We were on our honeymoon and the staff were very helpful to make us feel right at home with a free upgrade thrown in for good measure!!! My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay in Zermatt and, as this was our favourite hotel, we look forward to our next trip over to Switzerland! A vry big THANK YOU to all at Chesa Valese!!

The breakfast was outstanding with fresh baked goods and natural options. The staff were very professional. Convenient and quiet location in a very pleasant area. It is just next door to the Centre and e-Bus station, perfect for business and vacation travelers. Easy access to Mountaineer's Cemetery.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, excellent staff service. Close to ski lift and restaurants, not far from the train station or Paperla pub. Great facilities and location in Swiss ski resorts.

The breakfast was excellent though the fruit salad was starting to ferment!! Also the sliced pineapple looked as though it had been brought out too many times and was starting to go brown and dry up. Also please provide shower gels, shampoos, and other little treats as we came with nothing to travel light. They just make one feel spoiled!

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy hotel near the city center. The room was tastefully furnished and decorated, and it was sparkling clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my solo trip enjoyable. The location was amazing, with easy access to the bus stop and ski equipment. The hotel even provided free pick up from the train station. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the owner even baked delicious cakes for afternoon tea. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Zermatt.

Luxury hotel with decent food and ideal location so close to fantastic Zermatt, all the restaurants and shops and great restaurants. Brand-new room with splendid views of the mountains. Lots of options for well prepared breakfast.
